Agents

Agents are intelligent, automated assistants that monitor, optimize, and manage various aspects of your advertising and site performance. They work 24/7 to ensure your setup is healthy and performing at its best.

  • Creative Agent: Analyzes ad creatives, checking for language usage and performance. It can automatically pause underperforming creatives.
  • Product Feed Agent: Optimizes your product feed, filling in missing data to enable better dynamic ads.
  • Audience Sync Agent: Syncs your customer segments to ad platforms and blocks traffic from data centers or VPNs.
  • Conversion Sync Agent: Ensures conversion events sent to ad platforms are complete and correctly formatted.

Managing Agents

You can enable or disable specific agents from the Agents page.

  1. Go to the Agents tab.
  2. Toggle the switch next to the agent you want to activate or deactivate.
  3. Some agents may require specific data sources (like Google Search Console) to be connected before they can run.
